The Red Sox opened the series in the top of the first with a walk to Zach Tokuno, followed by an error, a walk and a hit batter to score a run. With the bases loaded, Rich Reed replaced Raul Gutierrez as pitcher and turned a 1-2-3 double play on a grounder. The Giants answered on an error on a grounder by Login Nowlin and an error at 3rd on a grounder by Rich Reed with Nowlin scoring from 2nd. The inning ended with an attempted steal of home by Reed. In the Red Sox 2nd, Wyatt Zamaroni started the inning with a grounder to 1st for an error, followed by a hard liner down the left field line by Thomas Ball for a single. A walk to Tokuno loaded the bases and Michael Manriquez knocked in two runs with a double to center. Singles by Ryan Pechulis, James Marino, Hunter Haniger and Zamaroni each scored runs. In the bottom of the 2nd, the Giants came back with a run on Isaac Allen’s single, a stolen base, a passed ball and Allen’s steal of home. In the top of the third, Tokuno walked but was doubled off 1st on a steal attempt when Manriquez lined out to center. Manriquez replaced Ball in the 4th and struck out the side. The Giants wrapped up the scoring in the 5th on a triple to deep center by Nowlin and a bloop single by Reed. Hasse replaced Reed in the 4th and allowed only a single by Ahmed Qureshi.

Thomas Ball retired the Giants in order in the top of the 1st. Isaac Allen allowed only a walk in the bottom of the 1st. Anthony Hasse started the Giants 2nd with a hard single up the middle, followed by a walk and a passed ball to set-up Max Brogley for a two-run single to left field. Allen allowed only a walk in the bottom of the 2nd. Patrick Francois led off the 3rd with a single to left, stole 2nd and advanced to 3rd on a pick-off throw into center. Rich Reed hit a hard grounder up the middle for a groundout with Francois scoring. Hasse hit a line double to RF and Allen followed with a deep flyball to center for a two-run home run. Allen struck out the side in the 4th and was replaced by Raul Gutierrez in the 5th. Wyatt Zamaroni led off the Red Sox 5th with a walk, followed by a hit batter and both advanced on a sacrifice by PJ Ponciano. Zamaroni scored on Tokuno’s grounder to the right side. In the Red Sox 6th, Ryan Pechulis led off with a hard grounder for an error and stole 2nd. Ahmed Qureshi drove him in with a line single to left. Michael Manriquez completed 3 perfect innings in the bottom of the 6th. Ponciano started the Red Sox 7th with a walk and advanced to 3rd on Zach Tokuno’s single. Both advanced on steals and Pechulis plated them with a hard single up the middle. James Marino was hit by a pitch and both runners advanced on a wild pitch. With Pechulis representing the tying run at 3rd with one out, Qureshi hit a hard grounder back to Gutierrez, who leaped to grab it and threw out Pechulis trying to score from 3rd. A pitch later, Gutierrez caught Marino off 3rd on a pick-off for the final out.

After walking the first batter, Isaac Allen struck out the side in the Red Sox 1st. Max Martinez started the Giants 1st with a single to LF. He advanced on a wild pitch and scored on Allen’s single to RF. Raul Gutierrez lined a double to left center to open the Giants 2nd but was left stranded at 3rd on some good pitching by Thomas Ball. In the Red Sox 3rd, PJ Ponciano walked, advanced to 2nd on a wild pitch, stole 3rd and scored on a passed ball to even the score. Allen walked the bases loaded but escaped the inning with only the one run scoring. With Michael Manriquez pitching and one out, Anthony Hasse singled to center, Allen followed with a single to right and a pop-up over 1st by Rich Reed fell in for a single with Hasse scoring. Gutierrez walked to load the bases. A groundout by Max Brogley scored another run. With two outs, Anthony Deak hit a grounder to shortstop that was bobbled allowing two runs to score. In the Red Sox 4th , with Rich Reed pitching, Wyatt Zamaroni led off with a walk, was sacrificed to 2nd on a bunt by Sean Kramer, and tried to score on Manriquez’ single to RF but was thrown out at home on a throw by Brandon Cross and a good tag-out by Brogley. With Zach Tokuno pitching in the 5th, Reed and Gutierrez both walked. Brogley lined a single to right scoring a run. Nowlin hit a grounder to shortstop and reached 1st on an error but Gutierrez tried to score on the play and was thrown out on a good throw from left by Kramer, Ryan Pechulis making the tag. An error at shortstop on a grounder by Cross led to the last run of the inning. Gutierrez pitched a perfect 6th inning for the Giants. With Tokuno pitching for the Red Sox in the bottom of the 6th, Martinez led off with a line single to center, stole 2nd and scored on a single to right by Hasse. But Hasse was thrown out at 2nd after an overthrow backed up by Manriquez at 3rd, who threw to Zamaroni at 2nd for the tag out. Gutierrez retired the side in order in the 7th to wrap up the win for the Giants.

Isaac Allen started his 3rd game of the series for the Giants, allowing only a walk in the first 2 innings. With one out in the Red Sox 3rd, Anthony Hasse pitching, PJ Ponciano, Zach Tokuno and Michael Manriquez walked to load the bases. Ryan Pechulis hit a single to center to drive in one run and James Marino followed with a ground out to 1st to drive in a second run. With Manriquez pitching, the Giants answered back in their half with a walk to Nowlin, a single to right by Hasse, an intentional walk, a hit batter and a walk to plate two runs. Hunter Haniger led off the Red Sox 4th with a line single but Patrick Francois started a double play on a grounder to 3rd. Bradon Cross led off the Giants 4th with a walk, stole 2nd and 3rd and scored on an overthrow. With one out in the Giants 5th, Allen hit a bloop single to center. After Manriquez struck out the next batter, Raul Gutierrez hit a flyball to RF that fell in, Allen scoring. Anthony Deak followed with a flyball to left that was dropped for an error. Cross hit a grounder to short but the throw to 1st was wide and two runs scored. Cross was thrown out stealing by Pechulis to end the inning. James Marino led off the 6th with a single and after one out, with Marino on 2nd, Hunter Haniger followed with a line single to left to score Marino. After two walks to load the bases, Gutierrez retired the next two batters. In the 7th, Manriquez led off with a hard liner to center but the next two batters were retired before Ahmed Qureshi lined a hard single to center. Gutierrez retired the last batter to wrap up the win and the series for the Giants.
